All vacuum cleaners sold by ” House of Vacuum ” are accompanied by a guarantee offered by the various manufacturers. You will find in each product sheet the duration of the guarantees for the selected item. The manufacturer’s warranty ranges from 1 year to 10 years and covers any defective product in the context of non-abusive use and residential use. No manufacturer’s warranty covers misuse, normal wear, belts, bulbs. Any fine dust such as gypsum dust or sawdust will immediately terminate your warranty (unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer). The vacuum cleaner should be used as the user manual indicates with the original parts of the manufacturer. Warranty time for parts and labor may vary. Refer to the user manuals for all the warranty details of your purchase.
